We want your NIMOES order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking link.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery (Free on orders above ₹999): 5–7 business days across India.
Express Delivery (available for select pin codes): 2–3 business days at an additional charge of ₹149.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations.
Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹999: Free standard shipping.
Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹99.
Express shipping: ₹149 (where available).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order using our Track Order page by entering your Order ID and email address.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us on WhatsApp or email us at [email protected]. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
NIMOES is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
